Just a public service announcement to avoid a man named Leroy Michael Foy who goes by Mike Foy. He is a con man with a checkered past who will lie and steal to get what he is after. There is absolutely nothing good that could come from an encounter with him as he has nothing redeeming to offer. It unfortunately does not matter if you are a friend or family member of his he will rob you blind and try to cheat you out of anything you have. DO NOT TRUST A WORD HE SAYS, or you will sadly regret it.

He is now in the Florida area after leaving many unsatisfied people behind in Louisana after hurricane Katrina.

Be wary of leaving him unattended around your home or personal belongings.
