Leslie Kay Roseborough, Allstate agent Kay Roseborough, Mike Stokes, good karma investments LLC Kay Roseborough and Mike Stokes are running a scam on contractors they hire tulsa Oklahoma

Kay roseborugh and Mike stokes who claimed to be her husband is running a scam on contractors that they hire to do work for them at their office in Tulsa Ok.  We were approached by Mike Stokes to come and do some work for his wife at her Allstate Business.  We came and put a new roof on and did some sheetrock work and we subbed out some electrical work to a friend of ours. 

Mike stokes told us that if we would invoice on Thursday that we would get paid on friday.  He was telling us that we were getting paid by Allstate.  We did the roof and turned in our invoice and two weeks went by.  Meantime we did some sheetrock work for them as well.  The Electrician did his work and turned in his invoice.  After three weeks we still hadn't got paid.  Mike started saying things like someone came by the office looking for you.  

They also issued a check to the electrician that bounced, he went down to their offices and they paid him again.

Finally we get a check from him and he says don't deposit it till wednesday.  We wait till Wednesday and the bank tells us that There is a number missing on the check and that they will not cash it.  He said that It was a mistake and said that he would have another check sent.

We wait another week and he calls and says that Allstate said that another person with the same name cashed your check in another county.  The supposed wife's name is on these checks from Good Karma Investments LLC.  She has issued a bad check with false information on it.  They had to have made this check because it had numbers missing on it. 

Then he calls and says that he has done a background check on us and that we owe this lady some money which is not true.  We dont owe anyone anything.  Then he tells us that the police are after you, the Big General is coming for you, his words exactly.  He says that if we pay this person he will pay us.  He doesn't have the right to keep our money reguardless if we owe a 100 people.  We did the work we should get paid. 

Mike stokes, if that is even his real name, works at the Tulsa County Courthouse in some cappacity.  I believe he is using his job to find people with court issues to take advantage of and exploit.  We have called a lawyer, Allstate Corp. offices, The Tulsa World newspaper and we have talked to them directly and they will not pay us the money that they owe us. They owe us over $5000.00 and  I would like to see them both go to jail if they are not willing to do the right thing. 

These guys are ripoff artists if I have ever seen one.  Please Help!!
