Where to being?  First, I ordered three different supplies online like normal from Leslie Pools.  Got the supplies delivered to my house.  I noticed that my bank account that I used to
order the supplies wasn't charged for the complete order.  Waited several days, still nothing charged to my account.

Now me being a nice person called them and asked why they hadn't charged my card for all the supplies.  Was told that they overlooked charging me for $300.00 dollars worth of chemicals and that they would be kind enough to give me a few dollar discount to run my card again.  This was my first mistake.  The guy from Leslie's swore to me that it would not charge my card twice since they had no record of the first transaction.

That was from the 14th of the month.  On the 26th of the month we noticed that our entire account was overdrawn and had over 13 overdraft fees from other companies.   Come to find out Leslie's decides to charge my card the original $300.00 plus the amount that they discounted me when I called in to tell them their mistake.  I called customer service to get this fixed, was told that I must have ordered it twice.  I said "no", as I only have one online order in my history.

After I spent hours on the phone and away from my job, they finally admit they charged my card twice and sorry.  Sorry, doesn't cut it.  So they decided they would refund me my full purchase, which by now doesn't make me feel any better about the situation.  What about the other 13 charges that they are responsible for?  They told me to deal with my bank and that's about the most help I received.  After calling my bank and trying to explain this to them they requested that I get the confirmation of the refunds, amount, date, ccard # and a person of contact they could speak to on their company letterhead.  Talk about an act of congress.

After fighting with the customer service rep "Lisa" I couldn't get anything I was required to by the bank before the cut-off time for them to assist me.  This is now the 26th of the month, when I notified them on the 20th that they had not charged me.  They promptly charged my account the remaining amount the next day and got their funds. After two days of fighting with them, I finally got the proper paper work that I requested of them.  This shouldn't be that hard, especially if they are the ones in the wrong here.  Still haven't seen my credit's hit my bank, but I do have the paperwork now.  Im going back to the bank today to see if this will work.

I have a family of 4 to feed and take care of that Leslie's fraudulently stole our money from our account leaving us holding nothing but overdraft charges without any money to live on.  What a work these people are:  Lisa H. and Nick Robinson, the behind the scenes "manger in charge" that will not return phone calls.

Not only did their customer service stink, but they WILL STEAL FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!!  I will never recommend there customer service department for anything.  I do like the chemicals; I guess I will go elsewhere.  Believe me that I will also let everyone that I know and run the problems they have.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!

Investigate the company before buying from them

AUTHOR: Romnie - (United States of America)

I am really surprised that you guys are having these problems. We live in the 21st century after all and you guys know that there are lots lots of scams and company who are out there to take your money. Here is what I normally do. I first go to Google and enter a company's name. Here is an example: Pure Pool. Google will give you a list of company mentions and another them there will be a link to their site, which in this case is http://www.purepool.com. Needless to say, there is no point is reading information what they write about themselves.

These days you don't trust the company owners, but you do trust what other people tell about this company. So, even if the owner of Pure Pool will say: "We sell the best swimming pool covers" and "our pool covers will save you money and will keep your swimming pool clean", take their writing with a piece of salt, ok? Go read what other people have to say. This is a great site for example too because you get to read what REAL people have to say, ok? Enough allowing them to bull*** you. Check them, Google them.
