I have a very small business and placed an order with Less Than Wholesale.com after reading their ad on the net saying they were selling unclaimed freight for $65 a box or two boxes for $110.

Each box guaranteed to be worth from $100 to $500 each. A few days after my order went in, their ad changed to read each box worth up to $150.

I had to pay in advance by credit card. a few weeks later I contacted them to say I had not received my order. They acknowledged it was their mistake and said they were sorry and would send it right away.

Two weeks later I received one small box with about the retail sale value of about $50. I waited for another week for the second box to arrive. I sent MR. Dave Rojus an email telling him what happened and what I received.

Nothing happened so I wrote again and explained. He wrote me back and said I liked to lie a lot because he knew for a fact that I received cell phone boosters in my order and I did in fact receive the value promised.

I sent him several emails after that telling him I did not receive the cell phone boosters or anything else that went to a cell phone. No response.

I wrote to him and said I was repoting him to RipOffReport, channel 6 on your side and my attorney.
