As you are aware, Felix and Lessia Vera have initiated an action in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Civil Division AE (Case No. 50 2010 CA 005237XXXXMB) for
defamation by you against the Veras through your RipOff Report of February 14, 2010.  In conjunction with that action, the Veras intend to subpoena the records of RipOffReport for your name and other identifying and contact information relating to your submission of that defamatory report to RipOff under the name Richard of Palm Beach Florida.

You may avoid the consequences of the subpoena by contacting Steve Rensch at srensch@renschlawoffice.com or through facsimile 480-629-4301 with an acknowledgment that you authored the above described submission to RipOff and providing your full name, address, email and phone number, by January 30, 2013.

You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously.  

FALSE ALLEGATIONS BY MARK AND TANYA G AGAINST FORMER LANDLORDS FELIX AND LESSIA VERA.

We filed several cases  in court and obtained outstanding judgments for eviction and non-payment of rent and damages for several thousands of dollars against Gallardos.As of today these judgments still are not paid. Mark Gallardo is refusing to pay.If you are interested please see court cases in Palm Beach County,Broward County,Miami-Dade County and Orange County.It is all public records. We can provide court case numbers by request.

Lessia Vera does not have any complains with FREC and have paperwork to prove it.Felix Vera is not a real estate agent and have no complains against him either. Fraud allegations are false and defamatory. This is a personal attack against us for G's eviction on record. Anybody who reads his post can see that his post is personal retaliation and not business related.

Lawsuit was filed against Mark G in Palm Beach County for defamation of character and false allegations. Mark Gallardo acted in a concept to further a scheme to maliciously shame Plaintiffs  and to put us in disgrace. We have been damaged in our business, reputation,occupation.

If anybody has a compains against Mark G in Florida please contact us or  State Attorney of Florida with legit claims to bring him to a justice.
