My original on line order was for a very low priced trial sample of the LeToile skin cream. I was also sent and charged for Illustra eye cream, which was not ordered!
I called the number listed and tried to cancel the Illustra, but was not able to do so. I paid for the LeToile and the Illustra.
I have just received an email that LeToile has shipped me a "subscription replenishment". I have not signed up for any subscription of the LeToile product. I called and was told that this shipment could not be cancelled. I protested, but got nowhere.
I'm concerned about how much money this company will steal from me. It is a huge scam.
