L'ETOILE SKIN CARE They advertised a skin product being Melania Trump one time offer for $4.95. They sent a product by L'TOILE which has nothing to do with Melania. They do not send any paper work with it. No bill nothing. Then they charged my bank account $98.09 without my consent. They make it look like the product will only cost $4.95. Does not mention any other price that will be charged later. Los Angeles California

This company are fipping people off. The advertisement showed a Melania Trump skin care product for $4.95. The product that was sent was L'ETOILE Anti Wrinkle Complex cream. After 14 days they go into your bank account and draw out $98.09. No where on the advertisement does it state a charge of $98.09 will be billed. Then they state 100% money back garuntee but refuse to do it if the product has been opened. This is a scam!!!

Read the terms and conditions before you provide your credit card info. It clearly says there are two payment options. 

 

1. pay in full

2. 14 day free trial with shipping payment only and then full payment of $98 after the 14 days.

 

wonder which option you chose.

Illustra and L'etoile Skin Care I ordered trial samples and was charged $.95 for shipping. The products lasted about 2 weeks. When I got my credit card bill< i was charged$187.38.. These people are too sorry to work and they are scamming people. Los Angeles California
