I Purchased a T-Mobile celluar phone and plan from LetsTalk.com on their web-site on Nov 19, 2007. Their offer included two $50 rebate. One from ordering the phone and another $50 offer if you subscribe the blackberry $19.99 sevice. I used their link to print out two rebate forms. It ended up looked exactly the same and both form need the original SKU from the package in order to receive the rebate. It was impossible to obtain two $50 rebate from the same thing so I called customer service on 11/29/07. The rep. name crystal with 2046 claimed, any rebate question should ask T-mobile. I called T-Mobile, it claimed only one rebate is valid. T-mobile told me that they would not support any false rebate claim advertised by Letstalk.com so I called Letstalk again. The second rep claims that it should be the customer responsbility to notice that was the error on their computer system and point them out before ordering.

I requested to talk to the supervisor of both reps on each phone call. The first one was denied, the second reps put me on hold for 30 mins without coming back.

I called the third time to LetsTalk.com, the rep Loreta with ext. 2058 claimed that I should receive the second $50 rebate form by e-mail very soon. After 10 mins of conversation, she put me on hold then she came back and said it was the e-mail error from e-mail provider but their record showing I should only have one $50 rebate. I told her I have physical evidence that the packing slip with the company logo showing I should have $100 rebate. She denied it. I offered to send her PDF file to prove. She ignored me and asked me to write to them but she claimed they did not make mistake. I requested to talk to the supervisor, she hanged up the phone.

Do yourself a favor, please don't do business with them, these guys are crooks and their customer service are non-existent
