LetsTalk Let's Talk, LetsTalk.com Company sent me an empty box instead of an Epic 4G North Richland Hills, Texas

I ordered a Samsung Epic 4G, and LetsTalk sent me a box with NO PHONE inside. But did they apologize and offer to make it right? Oh no, they refuse to send a replacement unit or reverse my credit card charge. They claim they have to "investigate with UPS" which will take 15 business days! Sure sounds like a scam to me.

Charge reversed

Company did finally reverse credit card charge. I guess all it takes for them to do the right thing is two promises of adverse legal action, a BBB complaint, and several calls and e-mails to customer service over several days.

Ignoring e-mails, nopology on Facebook

Company continues to ignore my e-mails and calls demanding that the credit card charge be reversed, but I got a Facebook post saying that they are "so sorry" and "ready to fix this". Well, they may be "ready", but they have not "actually" fixed this, since the charge is still on my credit card.
