Where do i start.. lol.. this is actually the second time i ordered from this company.. the first time i didnt have any problems.. HOWEVER.. this time.. they have completely tried to screw us over!!!!!!!!

These phones are nice but are obviously refurbished!!!! We've had them for 2 or 3 days now & they wont dial out.. so we go to alltel today to see what is wrong & they say that the activation section on the phone is completely locked, meaning they COULD NOT FIX IT.. they said it was a defective phone & that they had someone come in a week earlier with the same exact problem, except their phone worked & then screwed up..

so we are in the process of returning the phones to letstalk.com.. getting a refund & saying screw this company.. we are planning on purchasing our phones directly from alltel so we dont get screwed over again!!!!!!

I ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE TO DO THE SAME !!!!!!!!!
