LetsTalk.com rebate rip-off! Not honoring mail-in rebates. Internet

I've tried several times to submit my rebate documents. The first time (July) it was denied because they were unable to locate the Wireless phone number on my carrier bill, (the number in bold print that AT&T always prints on the top of the bill) even though I circled it. When I had re-submitted that document (August), they used the excuse that the Wireless Carrier on my bill didn't match the carrier in their database. This dumbfounded me because when I bought the phone, it was part of an AT&T Wireless package that was required in order to receive the rebate.

In a last attempt to appease them, I re-submitted all documents I had originally sent in with the rebate form (late August). I know see my rebate in a 'waiting to be reviewed' status on www.rebatestatus.com (late September). It would appear they are tired of dealing with me as a customer now that I've upheld my end of the bargain.

I realize that about half of all mail-in rebates sent in by consumers never get processed and/or honored, but I am one consumer that won't go away peacfully. In the future, I will refrain from doing business with LetsTalk.com.
