I purchased an office equipment that was suppose to come with extras worth over $50 and a free paper shredder offered on their website should you find a lower price.
It took 2 weeks to arrive when their site and customer service indicated that it would take 1 day. I called UPS and they said that the company didn't request a pick-up. Why it took 2 weeks to arrive is because my order was dropshipped without my knowledge. Since it was dropshipped from a 4th or 5th or 6th party, the extras and the shredder was not included.
Customer service would not return calls and gave me the run-around. Called them numerous times to rectify the situation with owner Chris Corday. He was very vulgar and personally attacked me. He made childish threats and blames it on the customer. He also made up bogus restocking fees for canceling the order.
Company is unreliable, unprofessional and refuses to take any responsibility for their error. Christopher refuses to honor his agreement or apologize for his fraudulent selling tactics.
Absolutely avoid doing business with them. They have unethical business practice. This company does not meet the industry standard for their RETURNS. The vendor should pay for shipping if the wrong/defective item is sent. Customer should not pay restocking fees.
I would advise customers to pay via credit card should you decide to cancel the payment if they are unwilling to rectify the situation. I suggest filing complaints.

. . . by Chris Corday. See my post. I have no doubts that Chris has many satisfied customers. Just look at his + feedback. But if you happen to be one of the unlucky ones who receives a 'junk' product, he treats you like YOU are trying to rob HIM!! Chris was quite business-like and helpful until I told him that Samsung had informed me that the printer he sold me was manufactured in 2005 and has never been serviced by them - he stated in the listing that it was "factory renewed direct from Samsung". From that point forward he has been childish, arrogant, rude, nonchalant and condescending. So far I've filed disputed with Paypal, eBay, Better Business Bureau of Trenton and this site and I'm just starting to get warmed up. I will not take this lying down like a good little consumer. He blatently misrepresented his product and I won't stop being a pain in his neck until I receive a full refund.

Sometimes you can do everything under the sun to help a customer and they still may bash you.
This is how ridiculous these claims are!
They fail to tell you we have over 8000!!!!! positive comments on our ebay store.
They fail to tell you that OUR negative ratio is PERFECT according to ebay standards which in order to remain a powerseller you must maintain. We are at the highest level a PLATINUM powerseller you must maintain at least 98.0% positive feedback or you lose your status we're at 98.5! well above the requirement. Yes I repeat we have 98.5% of our customers love us--and yes we sadly say 1.5% have not agreed with our service and policies. Majority rule has you to believe someone from the 1.5 ( like the people writing on rip off report ) or are our services best represented by the 98.5%. Please be your own judge and please ignore these lies posted on rip off report.
FOR example this how we match up to large multi million dollar companies. Take Sharper Image for example

As you can see they have over 160,000 remarks on their account, over 3300!!! Negatives---does this make them a bad company.
I don't think so--its all relative.
We do see the importance of sites like this for companies that blatantly rip off customers. We obviously do not practice this.
We have been in business for over 10 years and have over 75,000 customer. I think the 8000+ customers on ebay alone can tell you a thing or two about our company.

For a small business, they have over 70 negative feedbacks on ebay and still counting.
Anything imposed as free must have a full discosure on the ad. There isn't any!

Customer does make some very "bogus" claims here and to top it off our customer service policies are not hidden in any way they are for public viewing at letterfolders.com and as you will read we in NO WAY have a restock fee if we make a mistake and send a wrong item. ALSO this specific customer sent us a link that was selling used and disfigured merchandise and we could not match a price of an item that used compared to what we sell which was NEW.
The customer continued to call four to five times a day demanding a shredder and threatening to refuse the order- this is when we told them if you decide to refuse the order now ( as our policy reads on our site--for public viewing ) there would be a restock fee as we the company did already incur costs and as gave the customer a remarkable deal by selling the item at our cost and paying the shipping actually losing money--we have no problem with this as our customers come first but as you can see there is always two sides to every story so please I have the time for any person to call and ask any question you want we have nothing to hide.
You will see we are a member of the Better Business Bureau ( perfect rating ) a member of the US chamber of Commerce, A Platinum Powerseller on ebay w/ 98.5% positive feedback with over 4000 positive ratings and a Premiere Amazon Dealer w/ over 300 positive ratings in just 6 months.
We stand behind our customers and never walk away we offered to help this customer but they decided to take this route. We only ask that you use your own judgment and see that we are a very reputable company.
