I have called letterfolders.com on multiple occasions. The employees are very helpful. However, the owner needs a lesson in ethics. The company charged me for a cash register I had ordered for my small buisness that I never recieved. I am the e-commerce director for another company and our own internet store does not charge untill the product ships. The employees told me they didn't know what happened and Chris would not return my phone calls.
I had to call him directly, to make a long story short he made up a tracking number and bold face lied to me about shipping the package when his employees told me different. He made no effort whatsoever to work with me and he is a liar and a cheat and I have no idea how he sleeps at night.
I beg you not to order from letterfolders.com. I would not be submitting this if I was not truly disturbed by the actions of the owner of letterfolders.com.
