On 2/21/09 I bought a Fellowes PS60-2 twelve sheet shredder from this company that was described as brand new on Ebay. On 2/29/08 I received a different shredder than I ordered. I received a PS-60 shredder that had been factory re-conditioned. (different model, and not brand new). I called this company's customer service number several times in order to try to return this incorrect item that they shipped to me. Whoever answers the phone at this company never identifies themselves by name, are rude and condescending, and try to mislead you into thinking that they sent the correct product.

Although this company claims that it will issue a "call tag" (where UPS will pick up the product for free) in their fine print, I never was able to get one issued. I was told by Chris Corday, the owner/returns manager that if I paid for the return shipping of the item, that it would be reimbursed to me (The reimbursement for return shipping of the wrong item is also in their company policy). Chris also said that they don't and never had the model that is pictured, that they can't get it, and that he will just have to refund my money. The return was shipped via UPS on 3/14/08. It was delivered on 3/19/08 at 12:27 p.m. This company has received my return, and has yet to issue me a refund of my purchase price plus the cost of the return shipping.

I have emailed this company several times, and keep getting the runaround. They will email me back that a return takes up to 14 days, but then the 14 days passes and still no refund. They will email me another time claiming that they can't read the print on my email, and want me to write again. They are basically playing a bunch of games, instead of just refunding me my money for a mistake that is their fault.

I would recommend that everyone avoid buying from this company unless you want a lot of problems. If I had to do it over again, I would gladly pay twice the money for this shredder than to have ever made the mistake of dealing with Letterfolders.com or Chris Corday.
