I worked for Leumas Security Services out of VA off and on for about 3 years, the owner, Sam Griffin would call me when he had jobs/posts to fill and not enough staff to fill them.  I am a retired United States Secret Service professional w/ 33 years of federal security experience.

I was happy to help and fill in, make a few extra dollars.   The issue(s) are:  you never get paid on time, if ever.  tons of excuses, checks in the mail, the account messed up, the office didn't get your timesheet, etc.  It allows them to use your funds to keep their business running!! 

Whe you work overtime, your relief never shows up, etc. you are promised, via text message from the owner and president, Sam Griffin, you will receive gift cards for your time.   I was promised 4 in 6 months. NEVER received one.  Have emails from the office stating "they were lost in the mail" we will send more out.  NEVER saw one! 

I quit because of the nonsense  now they refuse to pay me the weeks I worked for them.  They are blaming the accounting company they use for payroll.  I spoke to that company, which I checked out and is very proffessional. that Leumas NEVER told them I was ownd any money.

NOT a professional company to work for.  In two months I had 3 people abandon/walk off their post in the middle of thier shift because of the unprofessionalism and how the Officers were treated by Leumas.

Think TWICE before you work for this company..
