Leumas security services llc Samuel Griffin Imani Griffin They refuse my last paycheck the week of Christmas Newport news VA

 I worked for this company starting Oct 3 2016 doing overnight security at a holiday inn construction site. When my paycheck first came to me it was by direct deposit like I asked for. My second check didn't happen this way. When I asked them what happened to my pay I got a bunch of excuse about payroll then I had a check deposited into my Account the next day and I wasn't able to spend it til the day after. My third pay check wasn't given to me till a week after the scheduled pay day because I didn't submit a timesheet which I was told from mrs Griffin and the Secretary that I didn't need to because we clocked in with an app called razortime.

Now here we are on Christmas day and I haven't gotten my last check from the company. They ignore my calls, my emails, my text and I had a shitty Christmas because of there unprofessionalism. So if you see them looking to hire do not even apply. It's not worth your time.if they do owe u money contact the department of labor so we can get these crooks shut down. They don't need to run a buisness if they can't pay there employees. I'm still waiting for my last check and they shorted on of my checks about $300 so if these people did the same thing to you. Call the labor board so we can end there bulls***.
