Let me start by saying that I have no idea who you are or what problems you are referring to.....perhaps you are from another pool company trying to caste dispersions about my company. As stated previously, defamation of my companies reputation is something I take VERY sriously....I challenge you to contact my office personally vs hiding behind anonymous postings and announce who you are. My contact mumber is 908-231-9359...please ask for me.....Shawn Nisse. If your claim is an anyway valid I will endevour to remediate any problems. Stop hiding behind posting slanderous unfounded accusations...."man or women up". I some how doubt that you have the wherewithal to do so as I requested this in a previous exchange. Rest assured that if I do find out who you are (I will try very hard to do so) and if  there is no validity to your claims I will pursue the matter to the fullest extent possible to ensure that you will face repercusions for the falsehoods you have made against Levco. You have been warned. Lastly....you claim that Levco has outstanding claims against it by the BBB...once again this is 100% false. Just so you and others are clear.....anyone can submit a claim to the BBB, the BBB are mandated to follow up on this claim with the company in question....that does not mean for one minute that a claim is real or valid (once again my belief is that these accusations are often made by inferior competitors) As you can see for yourself, the BBB reviewed the claim etc and dismissed it as not having any merit, (much like your posting) this is underscored by the fact that we have an A+ rating by the BBB, which is the highest rating given by the BBB.

Why don't you post some of your complaints on your web sites, it's easy to post only the good ones.  And FYI you do have complaints on the BBB. When you fix the problems you need to fix I will post something nice about you.

We have a long history of going above and beyond our customers expectations. As the president of the company you would expect me to say this....but I would invite anyone to contact the NJ BBB and review our record. We have an A+ rating (highest available). We were also voted one of the best pool companies in NJ in 2009 by the readers of the Courier News.

If that does not substantiate that we are a reputable company I personally would be happy to provide anyone interested with a long list of customers who we have done and continue to do work for. I find it interesting that the person accusing me of "hiding" behind emails does not have the wherewithal to provide their information. As is requested by this site. Posting this information is slander, I take my companies reputation very seriously. Think long and hard about what you are saying as further unfounded accusations may result in legal action for defamation of character.
