I ordered from a online ad Levela Skincare free trial offer.A few days later i received a phone call confirming my order.I was informed of the many free offers I would receive in mail for a one time charge of$1.00.She ask me three times to authorize $1.00 fee.Although she asked three times i thought it was $1.00.Received item with no information.
Was uneasy about order so i checked my account a few days later.There was three $1.00 charges(for what??)and $4.79 authorized shipping fee.
Called to cancel account.Call answered by automated service.Given several choices for cancelation (1)return item and i pay shipping(2)keep item and pay one time fee of $38.71 with no other charges.Feeling i was getting the run around with all other cancelation options, i chose to pay the $38.71 and be done with the runaround.
I should have checked the web site(which is on the product bottle) and i would have seen the rip off report notices.
