LEVELA skin cream Beach Ready LLC Signed up for free trial offer of skin cream pay shipping only of $4.79. I received my bottle and a shipping order. Nothing was included for continued automatic shipment price of $89.95. Or that there was a 15 day trial period. This wasn't listed on the website where I ordered the product. Silver Springs Nevada

I had a email showed wrinkle creams recommended by Dr. Oz. you only pay for shipping $4.79, free trial offer. 

 I went to website entered my information and looked for any other information. I didn't find anything shown on how much the product would cost, any automatic shipping or listed trial period.. 

 This was on June 18, 2013.    Then on July 6 ,2013 I went online to look at my checking account balance and saw a charge for $89.95 from LEVELA Youth Cream. Since then I have been trying to find a phone number and website for the company.

I am on Social Security Supplemental income so my money is limited and I can't afford a charge of $ 89.95 coming out of my checking account every month. 

  Then finally today after searching all over Internet I found your website and a few others. I was able to get a phone number  for LEVELA Skin Cream 1- 888-248-1747. My first phone call I got the automated service ans was able to cancel my membership. My second phone call I talked to service representative Jessie who informed me my account was canceled.

But I can't have a refund because I had to call during my 15 day trial period which ended on July 3, 2013. 

When I tried to explain to her how I never received any paper work explaiing the trial period or how to contact the company. 

She said this information is also on the trial offer website. Again I tried to explain how I never saw any information when I signed up online for the free trial offer. And that if I had seen any information where I would be automatically signed up for monthly fee of $89.95 I would not have agreed to the free trial offer.  Jessie said she still couldn't refund me my money back, and that my account was closed. Have a good day.    I am telling the truth when I say I never saw any information on being automatically enrolled to pay fee of $89.95. The only information on free trial was LEVELA youth cream take away wrinkles. You only pay the shipping price of $4.79.  I agree to the $4.79 but I never authorized my bank to pay them $89.95. 

I even offered to send back the bottle of youth cream, but Jessie said that it is mine to keep.

 I hope this information helps some else  not to fall for their scam..
