On 01.01.02 I bought a Lether Duble Reclainer Sofa and a Duble reclainer Lowseat. Total of $2458.47 + 7 Years Warranty Levitz?!

We wait for forniture 21 days to be ordered. When we come home and open furniture and we was shock. Sofa and Lowseat was diferent color. We return Sofa and order new. We wait for 2 month for new.

I then started problems with the sofa and lowseat in 11.20.03 Leather start pealing and cracking betwin seats. I report it Stainsafe warranty on 11.24.03 and i wait on Hold for 46 min. They told me I can Report same day cracking and pealing on both peaces. I was calling them every day but no ansfer from them only "Sorry we cant help you call this number -then call this number ...." and i was transfer more than 15 times.

In 04-16-04 they send service tehnician to my appartment. I was working. Nobady notifide me he is coming. I wait 20 days and he come on 05-06-04. He say we need replace and sofa and lowseat. He caling Stainsafe and they say NO. They send second Service tehnician after 5 days and he say they gonna replace only seats on sofa and lowseat No. I was depresed. After 10 days I recive packet from Stainsafe and i open inside was 1 Lether seat for my sofa. When I call back to Stainsafe and they say Service tehnician order only One and I need put new claim order. When I explain I alredy put that claim by Phone in November he say he cant do anthing because i pass 5 Days to put Claim. I was Craying I was mad. I call Levitz and complain they said Levitz is no longer in Cooperation with Stainsafe. I dont know what I shuld do.
