Hello, I'm writing this report in order to help a family member ripped off by the Levitz Furniture Corporation.
My sister purchased what was supposed to be a FULL leather sectional with a 7 year warranty on 07/07/98. Well about a year or so later the sofa bed needed to be repaired. At that time was when she found out the sofa sectional was NOT full leather as was told to her by the sales rep.
Since 07/21/00 she's been having difficulties getting any assistance from the company to have her furniture repaired. She's been gettiing the run around. No one seems to want to take responsibility for the carelessness and misinformation told to her by one of their employees. We'd appreciate any assistance you may be able to give us.
