If another lawyer asks, "Mr Levy you did go to law school", that is what $150 will get you, INCOMPETENCE! Represent yourself, you will do a much better job. Hiring Levy is like throwing away Good Money for Bad.

If Bart Levy cared about his clients he would know case law. He could not explain proper procedure or law on how to notice is to be served in landlord tenant matters. Got IGNORANT and BELLIGERENT with me after he lost the case. This same slum lord did the same thing to my neighbor who was a law student. He showed me case law, how it was to be served and knew what they did was illegal. A 2nd year law student knew this. I appealed the case, had my hearing presented my evidence. May I repeat, do not waste your time or hard earned money for someone who:
1. Does not know the law.
2. A poor debater who folds in trials.
3. Has a HUSTLE ripping off people who do not know the law and poor people.
4. He must Google his name, but he's been outed.

Olivia is an adult and based on the way I practice law, I care about her. My goal is to add value to my client's interests and life by standing up for their rights. Olivia was not happy when she hired me to represent her in her trial. Even though her landlord was awarded far less than he demanded, Olivia remains unhappy. She wanted a 100% win and she is entitled to her opinion about the court's decision and about me. I wish her all the best.
