Lewis Associate is a SCAM Preying on people trying to Save their Home. Not only did they not Modify my loan. But once the check cleared they could really care less. The fee's I paid was $1580.00 but the person that referred me paid $950.00. When I first contacted them they informed me that they we'ernt accepting application from CA. anymore only for them to contact me 2 hrs.

later saying they would. That should have been the red flag. They did'nt have my loan modified. My servicer contacted me on 05/04/09 saying that I may qualify for the new MakeHomeAffordable Program thru the President Obama Plan and quess what after spending a hr. on the phone with the servicer of my loan Our nightmare was over a we qualifed.

After fighting since 08/08 we can breath again. I've already returned the docs sent to me thru overnight mail along with my new loan payment. When contacted from Lewis the rep. informed me she had spoken with my servicer but that the conversation was really weird because they won't give her any info reqarding the new mod. When I asked her the terms of the new loan she did'nt have a clue. That's when I requested my money back. And she begin to LAUGH,AND TAUNT ME UNCONTROLABLY.

I found this to be Unprofessional and Unexceptable. Stating do I really think that one phone call modified my loan? But quess what it did. My servicer contacted me I then contacted them and Barack Modified my loan. I've allready written and filied a complait with the BBB. I will not stop Until Justice is Served. So to everyone fighting to keep your home WATCHOUTFOR THE SCAMS.
