First let me say the receptionist will lie about every single thing. She acts like she is too good to be a receptionist or something. When I asked her about pay, she avoided the question, when i asked her if it was door to door sales, she avoided the question. Just to get you there when you get there you go through a 5 minute interview where you dont talk about the job at all only to get invited to a second interview where you basically watch someone do door-to-door sales for 8+ hours, oh wait they say its not door-to-door but business to business sales. Whats the difference? I dont know how they survive they told me that you make at least $600 but my trainer took me to the bank to cash his payroll check and he got a check for a whopping $250 and then you spend at least $75 to $100 in gas driving around all day.

Ok well i was stupid enough to take the job cause I needed the cash, I supposedly made $750 my first week basically lying to everyone and got promoted the very next week. ok quick advancment right, seems that way but your supposed to own your own business in 1 year well the asst manager has been there two years. I mean what the hell. Now remember that $750 well a month later when i actually got my first check , guess how much it was...right you guessed it $250. Now coincendental maybe, they gave me some crazy explanation that the forms i had to fill out were wrong well y wasnt i told then so i could fix it.

then the owner has his wife there all the time which is fine but then, the receptionist is dating the asst manager, my leader is dating another leader, the girl who rode in the car with me that day used to date the other manager. I heard the owner used to date one of the leaders there, I mean What the hell is going on there?

They have these loud crazy "supposedly motivational" meetings in the morning but to me its seems more like an extremely loud cult. I wouldnt be surprised if I was asked to drink poison induced kool-aid.

Lex Marketing is a part of Cydcor, now try googling that name and see what you come up with. About a thousand other poor souls like myself fallen into the same trap. They are all a bunch of liars and thieves. Dont worry you can keep my other $500 you stole from my first check, the way this company is running you will need it in the long run.
