We purchased a Groupon for a phot session with Lexi.
The session (in late December, 2017) was very pleasant, and we were pleased with the photos we saw, once Lexi put them online.
The Groupon should have allowed us online access to our photos for a year after the session, but we can no longer access the photos online, and we never received the USB drive with the photos that was also supposed to be part of the Groupon.
I have tried multiple ways to contact the vendor but have been unable to reach her.

This is not a complaint against Groupon - they investigated, and were also unable to reach Lexi, and they credited our purchase back to us.
But we don't have those pictures!
