lexus nexus clue geico, general ins, all auto insurance companies geico reported a finder bender on private property to clue lexux nexus rised my insureance from $167 to $634 mly Nationwide

I was recently backing out of my garage and I bumped slightly into my nieghbors car door. no police report was filed. it cost my insurance co. "Gieco" $1200. to fix the door. they reported this to lexux nexus who put it on file in a data base called clue. Clue decided by them selves to report that I get two ponst or a point on my record because of this. Note, not DMV, lexus nexus's clue. They are giving and recording points and this is what cars insurance companies are going by. So even though no poiice report was filed and it isnt on my dmv record, every insurance company now goes by that. the bottom line is that my insurance cost was raised from $167. mly, to over $600. mly. I could make car payments on three new cars for this amount. I could buy a home with this payment. They have got to be out of their mind. I have to put my car in storge because I cant afford, nor will I, this kind of insurance payment. Whats more they know they got us my the short ones because the law wont let of drive without insurance.

This is what chaps my hide about insurance corporations:

1) They loby for laws forcing us to have insurance.

2) They loby for laws allowing lexus nexus and insurance companies to share data and make their own point system.

3) And then they conspire to raise the rates to a rediculous level.

This is absurd.
