Lexus of Rockville Centre - Keith Drago, Richard Healy, Tommy Rizzatti,Tom Scarpaci, I'm another FRAUD, "victim" of Lexus of Rockville Centre. the "worst" Lexus dealership in the USA! Rockville Centre New York

I leased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Lexus of Rockville Centre and a little over a year later I'm still literally fighting with the dealership's general manager, Keith Drago, to get my car fixed to the standards it should've been delivered to me in. The car was "fraudulently" certified not to Lexus's "requirements". The car was delivered in as despicable condition as when Tom Rizzatti took in the car at their sister store in Massapequa. He deliberately didn't report the damage on the car to Lexus in order to save a sale and now I am going to be liable for the damage when I turn in the car at the end of my lease. The car was delivered with bald tires. very low brakes, a large crack in the bumper, and a very badly cracked leather driver's seat, a "required" wheel alignment wasn't done to the car, a battery from another pre-owned vehicle was put in it and it died 4 months after I tool delivery of the car, there were over 20 dents, the hood was very badly chipped dings, and the car wasn't even detailed or waxed when I took delivery of it. 

After months of pleading with the pre-owned manager who sold me the car who is no longer with the dealership, I had to ask Lexus corporate in  California for assistance in getting my fraudulently certified car fixed. They've been fantastic, along with Dan Daily, the Service Director and Mike Balletta, the Assistant Service Manager at their sister store, Lexus of Massapequa. But Keith Drago, the General Manager of both Lexus of Rockville Centre and Massapequa is still refusing to fix the few remaining issues with my vehicle, one being the severely cracked leather driver's seat, despite knowing that it was fraudulently certified and who the responsible people are. Now, if they don't fix these few issues, one that may be a potentially serious mechanical problem, I'm going to have to seek assistance from New York State. The general manager was advised of this and he doesn't care, despite my family purchasing over 12 cars from Lexus of Massapequa dating back to Lexus's debut in the United States in 1990 as well as customer who was blatantly wronged.

The level of customer service Lexus of Rockville Centre has displayed is a gross injustice and despicable. And, during my research I discovered I wasn't the only pre-owned customer this happened to. Do you want to be treated like this? People who buy Kia's get treated better than this and with alot less headaches. I don't recommend this dealership for sales or service. You could very well end up also being a victim of purchasing a fraudulently certified pre-owned vehicle.
