LG Software Innovations Will not process a refund even after many emails... using delay tactics. Internet

I purchased a softward called 1 Click DVD Copy.
However it did not meet to my expectations where there are extra things that are needed for the program to work..

I was not satisfied and there is a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee on the product. I wrote them an email requesting a refund. They then replied back teling me steps I need to take before I can get a refund processed...

They said if I downloaded a certain program or buy a different adjunct program, it should work. I did try a program but to my dismay it didn't work.

So I kept requesting a refund but the company keeps on giving me the go around. After about 6~7 emails, I am at this point now where I have elevated a dispute through paypal and reported a fraud to the credit card company.

This company does not have a phone number to call them. They will reply via emails but will only give you a go around.

Do NOT trust this company!!!
