to who it concerns...i have earlier made a comment on rip off report .i have had no satisfaction from this company but one good thing that is coming out of this is i have contacted the illinois state attorney consumer fraud division who at this time have serious concerns and is investigating this company. i still plan to sue. all your rip off reports will be handy in court as well as the BBB reports of unsatisfactory ratings. keep up your postings

I worked for this company for a VERY brief amount of time. At first, it sounds great. Their products (well, they really don't have them, they're drop shipped from the shoddy Chinese manufacturers warehouses in California) are cheap, and comparatively, yes, much cheaper than a Honda etc. But you get what you pay for, and that does include being lied to and ripped off. I quit working there because my conscience couldn't take it any more. It's safe to say that they are 100% conscious of the fact they're ripping people off, ruining hundreds of kids Christmas' and birthdays, but don't care. The owner, Gary Briden, is nothing short of evil. He treats everyone who works for him badly. They don't allow you to leave for lunch. Who does that? Not to mention that during 'lunch', you are still required to be working unless you want the cockiest 23 year old in the world screaming at you. They are in CLEAR VIOLATION of workers rights in Illinois. There were times where I worked 12 hour days and was not given even a single 15 minute break! I haven't been to jail, but I imagine it's easier to go to the bathroom there, since you have to pretty much ask for permission at LG. They encourage you to lie to customers. I witnessed some amazing things there that I don't feel comfortable discussing because of fear that they might try to come after me. People used to call in and threaten to come and beat up, or shoot, the owner and his employees on almost a daily basis. A day didn't go by where either Jay, John or the owner, Gary, didn't SCREAM at a customer for no good reason. Most of the time it was because a customer had a legitimate complaint, scratch that, 100% of the time. They don't honor warranties, even though they will try to sell you one that you already paid for. From what I've heard, they have a retail store in Orland Park now, where you can go in and get ripped off in person.
