Oh goodness where do I start... 1st off...my feet: they hurt like a b*tch! I just spent 12 hrs TODAY out in the "field" on my 1st day of the job. 11 1/2 hrs spent standing.

And me being odd as I am I was like okay, well, if I can make as much money as they say I can then its worth it, right!? Well, I dont know anymore.... Let me start at the beginning. Im a nobody. Ive been working the

same job for the last 4 years and going no where with it(even tho I love what I do, I just dont make enough money to live off of), so I posted my resume on Monster.com and all the sudden I have this interview for a entry-

level management position with quick promoting opportunities. Of course I was like OKAY!! Im gullable sometimes...I admit it. So I go for my 1st interview(a 1/2 hr drive while Im on my 1 hr break at my

current job-yes, I took the chance that I would be late comming back) and they tell me that they are interviewing a TON of ppl and only one or two will be invited back for the 2nd-"on site"- evaluation type thing and a

possible 3rd interview later that same night and then you will find out right then whether you have the job or not. So I got the call back for the 2nd interview and had to take a day off of work(not paid) to be

able to stay there with them all day -on site-at one of their events(That was yesterday) That same night I had to tell them why they should pick me. I did. And I

got the job. Yay me right? NAh not really. Im in a lot of pain. And I wasnt able to give my employers that Ive been with for 4 years, my 2 weeks. I had to choose then. So I did. I believe now that I chose wrong.

Dont get me wrong. I met some fun people and I met one that was absolutely great and I even understand that it was her job to create enthusiasm and deliberately mislead me about the job. Seriously she was awesome

as a person and I hope she sees the truth about this job too bc she just recently got married and id hate to see that marriage fail bc she spends all her time at work tryin to make the big bucks. Anyways, onward

with my story... I was told the company I was applying for was called New Line Promotions. I looked it up of course b4 I accepted the job and found nothing bad about it to sugguest it was a scam. So I took the

Job. Today was my 1st day and I found out Im actually working for LH International Promotionz. I looked that up when i got home and this site is what I found. Scared the

sh*t out of me. I called my boss that just yesterday I up and quit on w/o notice and just like that she took me back until I find a new job. Im a lucky one. I hope other

people just find out all the facts before they go even the 2 days that I did bc I dont know if Ill ever get paid for the 12 hrs I worked today and Id hate for that to happen

to others for an even longer amnt of time. Just to be fair though, I do think that the ppl(or at least the ones I met today and yesterday) are very nice and I had fun

today. I just decided that as much as I need to make some good money, I dont want to miss out watching my brother grow up bc Im at work all the time. I dont appreciate being

mislead, but no hard feelings and honestly my feet are just happy that I wont be spending 9-11 more hrs on them tomorrow; im givin em all day to rest. Good luck to yall

whatever you decide to do. I hope this long thing Ive written helps in your decision. Oh and I was told I would be making a guarenteed 350 a week(salary) for the 1st

few weeks or until I was promoted to the nxt phase in which I would have been making 30-35k per year and so on.... It sounds good but just a little too good to be true and I just cant take the chance right now that it is a scam. I honestly dont know.

For all the ppl that are working their asses off, I sincerely hope that its not a scam and Id rather you make the money and me be dissapointed that I got out than me killin my poor feet and missing my family just to find out I wasted my time.

LH International Inc. sounds like a SCAM

AUTHOR: Alastrina - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 28, 2008

I am currently looking for a job, and while I was doing my search I found an interesting post about a marketing company (LH international, Inc.) hiring motivated people for entry level positions in the marketing field, they assured not to be into door-to-door sales. So I sent my resume just because I was feeling curiosity and thought it could be a serious promotion company.

I sent my resume a Monday afternoon and immediately got an answer the next morning. At this point I started to suspect, and told myself: hey, serious companies usually take their time trying to identify the best candidates and respond at least 3 days or even weeks later. Later that same day I got a call from them and my phone showed something like "NEW LINE PROMOTION" in the screen. One more time my intuition started to work. I answered the call and without asking too much information they wanted to set an appointment. One more time I thought, usually serious companies use phone interviews to screen candidates in order to narrow the pool of applicants who will be invited for in-person interviews.

However, I accepted to assist. As soon as I hung up the phone I started my search on the Internet and all I found in their website was just "poor information" about the company and all the comments published on this site.

I am glad I didn't fall for this...

educate yourself

AUTHOR: Taya - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, March 09, 2008

Ignorance........ It is ok to not know something, but educating before verbalizing is fitting......... Obviously not many of you know the meaning of entrepreneurship...... Diligence, Persistance, Heart, Time, Passion. It is ok to not do what is that New Line and LH International entail, but you write these opinions that persuade people into believe false notions is a bunch of garbage.

It is an unbeleivable company that provides motivated, hard-working individuals with an amazing opportunity.

There is no way creditable companies such as; disney, warner brothers, vivitar, universal studios, etc........would have us advertise for them, for the last 15 years, if it was a scam.

Love it or hate it doesn't matter........... find your facts before you judge and state your uneducated opinions!!!!!!!!!!!!

glad i'm not the only one

tu shay! (i probably spelled that all wrong, but oh well) i wish i had found this site a long time ago before i took the job. but unfortunately at the time i had no internet! argh! but i do agree that the people that work there are awesome, the hours are ridiculous, my feet hurt too, unfortunately we don't get paid for the "2nd interview" day where u "shadow" someone on the "field", i had to quit my job that i worked for YEARS with or else (so i thought...) i'd lose this great opportunity for management and makin' the big $$$! ha ha! lucky you your boss took you back in a heart beat! although i have adore the people there...if i was a total nobody and had nothing else better to do for 6 dayz this would be a dream job (they literally suck the life out of you), sorry...i don't see myself going 'further' with them.

i told myself i'll give it a month or 2, see how it goes. but after the first week...your social life out of work is out of whack, and let alone QT with family you have to play catch up on Sunday (your only day off). almost at the 2month mark, i stick to my word LOL so i'm quiting though. i'm just gonna look back on this as an experience, won't even list them on my resume cause i'd be to embarrassed to say 'yeah! marketing experience?!

i stood outside KMART annoyingly trying to get people to my ghetto table and sucker them into buying junk for an awesome cause! I of course get 35% of what i sell and the non-profit get a mere 5% and my boss gets the 60%, and i was such a hard dedicated worker i worked 12-13 hour days for 6 days straight, gave 99% of my life to them!' ha ha ha! my next employer would probably be like 'i thought i recognized you! i gave you $5 just to stay away from me!'

Quality people

AUTHOR: Mandy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 24, 2007

I used to work for LH International. The girl who took me out on my 2nd interview was young and still in college but nice and extremely smart. During my interview I was thinking to myself...I went to college but this girl knows her stuff. She impressed the sh** out of me. This girl has the best people skills I ever seen. She kept getting alot of job offers that day. I wanted to know why she was so positive.. about everything! I tried my best to impress the girl interviewing me. I got offered the position so I returned. It was a great opportunity so I figured why not? Plus I wanted to see why she was so motivated. Her goals were inspiring. I've never met so many down to earth people there.

My time with the company was very brief due to personal reasons. I met alot of good people. I don't think it's a scam at all because I saw how the numbers all add up. It makes perfect sense. I learned alot of things from the company and take it everywhere I go. I just wished that I could have stuck with it. I wish anyone who's at the company or going into the company the best of luck, especially the girl I was with on my interview.
