LI Cycle and Marine Inc ripoff and scammed me Bayshore New York

I walked into the showroom of Long Island Cycle and Marine, Inc. wanting to look at possibly purchasing a new Yamaha WaveRunner. A salesman showed me a model that was marked down to $6,888 from $7,888. I said that i wanted to purchased that and he brought me to the sales manager's office and while I was sitting there he had me sign several blank forms and said that they would be filled out and that I should come back with $1,100 for the deposit.

I went back 2 days later and gave them my deposit and stated that I wanted to see the paper work that I signed and he didnt have it ready, I told them I was uncomfortable with the situation and I asked what the total cost would be and he told me that it would be about $8,400. I left the store very uneasy about the situation and I returned the next day and wanted to see the paperwork that I signed he showed me a loan form which totaled over $13,000, I said no that i can't do that and I wanted my money back. he told me to come back the following monday so they could write a check.

I went back and they told me that I would be penilized $768 by the bank. I left the store and called the bank and they said it was not true and thats when I found out thet the store had put a balnce of $2,400 on a Yamaha credit card. So now I am being charged almost $16,000 for a $6,888 waverunner. This case is now with the NYS Attorney General and I am waiting for the outcome.
