I ordered an egr delete kit for my 6.0l ford. The kit came with the box open-no tape-no wrapper- and just 2 parts- i was charged 300 usd for this incomplete trashy kit. Bottom line, just stay away from thyis bum. I never complained because i saw what others have said about him way too late.
Bg perfformance and sinisher make a great and complete kit for less money. The 2 parts he sent me by itself will not delete anything. It is so obvious that he doesnt care what he sells you or how it is packed. He will have some old lady chase you down to give him an order.
There are a lot of folks I and you can do business with- we can all avoid this bum. You can get rich by selling junk- to just 5000 people. I hope people see this warning.
I can only say that i do not represent any other company- i like mkm cobb bulletproof and a few other companies- jusat do your resaearch before you do business with anyone. Stay away from Shaun Liberator and his 2nd class business
He ripped me off for 300 usd and others for much more- what goes around comes around. I bet when he leaves work he breaks out in a cold sweat and looks in all directions constantly.

To the original poster:
You are a horrible human being. Your anonymous post, made without giving the owner of the company in question a chance to rectify your problem, is a cowardly attack, not an attempt to seek recourse.
You suck. I have no clue if the original business is any good or not, but I do know that people who don't suck give a business a chance to fix a problem. They don't go slandering companies on the internet.
But then again, you have a ford 6.0L, so you're an idiot by default.

Dear Jeff - Manda (U.S.A.) and Owner of the Company,
Also known as Idiots-The purpose of the ripoff report is for the purpose of recourse and not just the hurt of another business. Embarasssment of the wrongs of the business is meant wake up the business owner to do that which is right.
Do you think if there was nothing wrong that the author if this article would have any recourse to post here? The answer is that No He would not!
Instead of you as an Idiotic Owner putting down one of your customers you claim that you will go all out for no matter the "cost" try shutting up for once and say that the guy who left me his email I will indeed contact and try to rectify the situation so that in the end he will be the one to recommend your business again!
The ripoff report allows for that kind of redemption last I checked. All you did was show how even more stupid you really were as a business owner because last I checked there was not one single word of apology from you for the wrong that has been done!
Your fellow foolish supporter above does not need to be thanked because birds of a feather must flock together and that principle goes for you and your fellow fool Jeff - Manda (U.S.A.). Think better next time about handling this business incident and next time we will believe you!

Hello..first things first jealously will get you know where I sell 100 kits a week and never have issues and if there is ever a issue I will do whatever I have to do to make it right no matter what my cost is I will always make it right..second thing I don't accept American express so how did you order it through that..you are just out trying to hurt my business but let me tell you something you aren't..my egr delete kit is made in the US so buy other kits made in China it won't bother me..and thanks to the guy that posted underneath this for supporting my business because everything you said was right..if there were parts missing in the kit I sent you why didn't you call me and I would have over nighted it to make it right but u just want to be a a*****e and try to ruin my business again thanks to the guy who supported me under this posting

Dear Sir,
You state that the reason you file a complaint here instead of seeking recourse through normal channels is that you feel you can do more damage here.
That is correct, and that is the type of step that would be taken not by someone who has been wronged by a business, but by someone who seeks to wrong the business. It is my belief that your are a competitor seeking to damage the reputation of the business.
A customer who had been injured would follow a logical course:
1. Contact the business.
2. Get their money returned by Amex.
If neither of those steps worked you could file a ripoff report. Heck, if both of those steps worked, you could file a ripoff report.
To the company reported: You can actually file a court injunction that will require ripoffreport to release information about the fradulent reporter who has damaged your company. If this complaint is a competitor, as I suspect, I encourage you to do so.
But, maybe since I didn't grow up in the Cuban community, I don't suspect every mistake in product shipping is the result of a shyster and give people a chance to make things right. I'm sorry your community is so bad. :(
