Liberty Bell Law Group Don't Trust Them Nationwide

I hired this firm is January after a discussion with Lina Helou about a child abuse and negligent allegation case (criminal) in NY.  At the time she did advise that the firm would provide me council with ACS, address all concerns with assigned investigator, and then proceed with the criminal trial.   I was also promised 2 trial attorneys within my region.  

After my initial payment, I believe the firm then assigned me to Sevana Cholakian a California attorney and farmed out another somewhere else called Dan (allegedly was based in somewhere NY but no information was provided to me to confirm).    At the time of the ACS hearing the firm refused to participate or advise me and re-quoted me double should they?    During a discussion on the subject, I also found out that the firm would not provide me with a defense during the trial and quoted me with another amount.

I emailed Lina and cancelled their services but yet to be refunded since January 2016 and the firm have refused.  This is ridiculous that the firm farms for other lawyers from other firms, when you hired them, and in my case might not do anything.  Another thing is that they refuse to give me the direct contact info including the full name of my 2^nd lawyer and everything communication had to be done via email to the Sevana Cholakian then redirect to the 2^nd attorney.  

If you are reading this, you must really be in some serious situation and probably not thinking straight like I did but please do not make the same mistake that I did by hiring this firm to represent you. Don’t let the fancy and cheerleading website or sales pitch fool you.   The firm cannot be trusted to deliver their promise.
