Has sent me the package, but they have never sent any card! After I finally received the package, I filled out the form inside and sent this to them and have still not received a card or even an application, which they told me after I received this package and they had deducted $219.99 from my bank account. Whenever I call, the wait is from 40 minutes to 45 minutes and the person I speak to (this has been several different people) are very rude and cut the call just as short as possible promising me that they have put me on the priority list or that they count by working days and that the weekends days are not counted. They (rather bluntly) tell me that I am just not waiting long enough, or that I don't understand this fact. This all began March 13, 2001, this is now October 23,2001 and I am still waiting.
