I am very up set about $34.19 that was taken from my checking acount. I just went on-line to inquire about a payday loan. I gave no one authorization to withdraw any monies from my account. Then an addtional amount of $23.46 was draft from my account, but under a diffrent name U Save, The first draft was under Liberty Discount Club. Now i find out there both the same company. Now my account is overdraft and i've been charge with overdraft fees. I've call both companies, i was given a cancellation number 4896805, 4900262 and told to go on-line and fill out a refund form. After going to www.libertyclubrefund.com i find there is no such form. I've contact my bank to see what can be done about this. So far their no help, saying i have to get monies refund by these campanies, due to them have all my information from the payday loan inquire. I want my money put back in my account and feel they should be responible for all overdraft fees. Please beware this is a scam of all scams. They need to be stopped it's just not right to take advanage of people like this.

I was ripped off by uclipusave after inquiring about a payday loan. I was also hit with an overdraft charge (which my bank reversed thankfully). I immediately called uclipusave and told them I wanted my money refunded immediately because I did not sign up for their service. I was told rather rudely that I should have read the terms. I was like "B#@%&! how do I read the terms of something I'm not aware of?!" I threatened them with the attorney general hung up. I called my bank and made them aware of the situation. The agent was nice enough to reverse the charge and told me to call back to the bank fraud department this coming Tuesday and they would launch an investigation. These people are a fraudulent company and they need to be shut down immediately.
