Liberty Discount Club They slole from me and my kids! Internet, Arizona

All the money I had in my account was for another bill.  I had a strange feeling so I looked up my account.  And there was 49.00 gone plus an overdraft payment because they took it from my savings.  I called the bank the next day and got the number for Liberty Discount Club.  So I called them, they cancelled my "membership" and told me it was because I tried to apply for a loan online.  I didnt even take the loan.  I was told a confirmation email would be sent out and that is was cancelled.  To do to their refund site Libertyclubrefund.com.  To get my money back.  Once again I filled out the refund papers and once again a confirmation email was suppose to me sent.  And I was suppose to have the money credited into my account within 72hours.  Never happened I called them again.

They told me that i needed to go to libertyclubdispute.  Because more information was need for them to process the loan.  I gave them the additional information.  48hours passed still no refund.  I called today and one lady told me that I need to wait for a confirmation email.  I called back and someone else said it has been denied.  I guess they sent out 4 emails (which I never got).  And I should have cancelled it then.  Why didnt they tell me this a week ago.  They would not let me talk to a supervisor at all.  SO now I am out of basically 50.00 and another bill has piled up on me.  I have kids to feed.  This is BS. 

They should be stopped.  They scam people out of their money and it is not fair.  I waited and waited they gave me the run around.  Then denied me no phone call or anything.  I will never ever try and do anything online ever again.  Its not safe.
