I was sent a letter awarding me a $50,000 grant, along with a check drafted from "Permacel, A Nitto Denko Company, 8485 Propect Ave., Kansas City, Mo. 64132", in the amount of $2,929.67. The letter further states that I am to deposit said check in my account and draw out $2,800.00 in cash to pay the administrative charges to an undisclosed location in my area, which they would reveal to me after the cash was in hand. They would then send me a certified check by courier delivery at my physical address for $45,000. In conclusion the letter states that the money is free with no hidden consequences attached. The letter is dated September 25, 2008 and signed by a Kathy Roberts.
