Liberty Ford Ripped Me Off Baltimore Maryland

 On May 2017 purchased a vehicle from Liberty Ford. Had oil changes for life and was dropped from program. Part of class action suit told i never contacted them or brought car in this was not true! Never got to test drive vehicle and vehicle had recall issues. Took car in for tcm recall issue one of the employees ran into car. No one informed me this happened; We walked around car and saw damage had to prove we didn't leave car like that. Mechanic on duty confirmed car didn't look like that when it was serviced. Gave rental which they didn't have in beginning. Took a month to repair. Liberty fixed the car. It never drove right afterwards. No AC, constantly replaced all 4 tires. They charged 12000 over kelly blue book value of 6000.00 and 15%interest rate. Paid 6000.00 on car over 3 year period,basically ripped off. Very disappointed. Put 1000.00 down made no difference. My point is I would not refer anyone else there. Had a trade in vehicle that was auctioned I was stuck with that payment too.
