Liberty Home Protection Warranty I request a repair on my refrigerator that is taking almost a month to fix. Poor customer service the policy and procedure. Not concern to resolve the issues immediately. Internet

I must state first of all, DO NOT purchase home warranty with Liberty Home Protection.  The company slogan is " Sensible Home Warranty Plans to Put your Mind At Ease" I must say my mind wasn't and still isn't at ease.  My refrigerator went out the beginning of December to be exact 12/12/09.  On 12/13/09 the repair company that was sent through a 3rd party came out from Moncks Corner, SC.  The part came in on Thursday so the repair guy was suppose to come out Friday.  It was raining on Friday the repair company wouldn't answer my calls and didn't call me.  I then called back to Liberty to complain about the situation.  On 12/19/09 someone came to repair but guess what still not working.  The refrigerator not freezing, but cold and the refridge part not that cold.  The company has been taking my monthly payment of $49.99 the platinum plan with $75 deductible.  All my food went bad and remember the rep told me this item is not consider emergency so I only will receive $100 towards my food when I sent $400 to start over.  The problem with this company when claims are called in it goes to service department then another company then repair company.  If you having problem getting resolve no one was to take responsiblity.  The supervisor and reps (2) hung up on me. Do you call this "Sensible Home Warranty Plans to Put your Mind At Ease". I will be looking immediately for new coverage.a $75 deductible.  I should r
