Title Company Suncoast and Escrow of San Antonio , Jeffery Mitchell. Title company states they have secured funds from buyer from 2 properties , I in US ( Diamondresort ), $ $29, 500 amount, and 1 Cancun Mexico ( Avalon) $ 18, 480. Closing set for 17 May. Contacted will need to provide a 19% Mexican Sales Tax specific to continuation to sell property.

Cannot validate named as agents of companies named. Cannot recover transfer fees wired. NO SUCH TAX EXISTS OR IS REQIRED, AND IF SO WHY WOULD THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN US BE SO TAXED. No documentation to address if individual named are associated with companies, if liscensed or bonded, have requested this from internet web sites with no response. HAVE COMMUNICATED THIS TO INDIVIDUAL (S)WITH NO WRITTEN RESPONSE AND REQUEST TO DO SO IN WRITING . Would prefer to sale property but believe a scam.

Have contacted FBI and State Attorney General to address as consumer fraud. Have alerted timeshare property in attempting to address if transfer or sale was accomplished and informed it had not. Reviewed contract and circumstance with legal and strongly advised this is a scam. Have communicated same to each company CEO to establish if named individuals are agents, cannot establish if agents. Cannot establish if company exists , no BBB or compliants known or discovered. STRONGLY RECOMMEND A COMMUNICATION OF THIS TO CONSUMERS AS IF A SCAM TO PREVENT FURTHER ACTIVTIES.
