Liberty Medical Supplies Second time I have tried to get meds and BOTH times I have had to wait months before receiving any medicine. I had to buy medicine to hold me over before receiving meds from this company. This is by far the worst company I have EVER had to deal with. Port Saint Lucie Florida

The first time I started using this company, I had my doctor input my meds to this company August 2,2014  It took 2 months (mid October) to receive my meds.  That was only after several phone calls and HOURS of my time on the phone, trying to get a resolution. 

Now I am pregnant, my doctor increased my meds and it is almost 3 weeks and still I do not have any medicine.  I have called numerous times, spoken to numerous managers, who advised I would get a call back and I never received a call.  

I have been diabetic for 16 years and this is by far the WORST company I have EVER had to deal with.  Its so bad that I am even considering changing my insurance so I do not have to deal with this company anymore. 

I recommend if you could avoid using this company, go to another because it is not worth the aggravation and time. Plus if you are in dire need of meds you will never get them.
