Liberty Mutual Financial Services, Saul Goldstein Chief Financial Officer, First Union Financial Group, FRAUD FRAUDULENT, ILLEGAL, THEFT, DECEPTIVE, Manhattan New York

Liberty Mutual Financial Services promises large guaranteed loans to consumers in exchange for fees; or in my case the first four months premium payments for my loan (in which I found out from the federal trade commission, is illegal in the US and Canada to ask for any monies up front). Consumers are instructed to send money via western union to an individual who supposedly is a courrier for their company. Subsequent to forwarding the required monies, they do not receive the promised loan.

All together with fees, ect, I sent them 1047.39 and was approved for a 20,000 loan for debt consolidation. When the loan was not forwarded to my account, I called and they told me I had to send them an additional 599.00 for allocation fees in order for the money to be in my account in 2-4 hours. At this point I told them I will not send this because if I had the money to send, I wouldnt need a loan. I cancelled the loan and was promised a refund but have not got anything.

I called them several times and the same persons voice (arabic accent) claimed to be 5 different people when I asked for certain managers. I found out his name is David Clemson or at least that is what he told me (because I pretended to want a loan under a different name), and when I called back and asked for the manager Mr. Haltwell, he claimed to be him. I told him I knew is not who he is claming to be and he laughed at me and hung up.

Everytime I call, I get hung up on, or switched over to a voice message system that says they are not available. When I did get a hold of someone I told them I would come to NY to get this settled if I have to and this same arabic man told me "New York is not for Stupid People" and he laughed and asked me "Are You a terrorist because you keep calling" and he hung up.

I later found out that the cheif financial officer of Liberty Mutual Financial Services, Saul Goldstein (who is on my loan doc), also may be the mastermind of a scam involving the company name First Union Financial Group also in New York City. The number to First Union and Liberty Mutual Financial ring to the same voice message system, but are different numbers.

I checked Liberty Mutual Financial Services out with the BBB to see if they exsist and supposedly they do, but did not get their report (because I was unfamiliar with the BBB) prior to sending money. I later found out that their report with the BBB is horrible and I found out from credit reporting agencies that they never even pulled my credit. How can you approve someone for a 20,000 loan and never look at their credit!!!

I cannot get a hold of anyone there to try and help me. As soon as they hear my name they hang up or put me on the message system. I tried numerous times and still continue to try. The Attorney general is aware of this scam as well.

This is a scam and I had to take measures to secure my identity and accounts. They will try to scam you too!!! Please help me to put these criminals behind bars and get money back for the consumers they ripped off. The consumers who work for a living and try to make a better life for themselves! Please help me take action against these theifs!!!!!
