Liberty Online Services, Global Asset Holding dishonest, fraudulent billing, rip-off, scheming low-life Miami Florida .....

We discovered charges to our business phone bill that were charged after my husband (the owner) and myself (the web designer for our business as well as others) both flatly told the callers that we were not interested and did not want the service or any "free " offers from them. We have an excellent reputable server (OLM) with whom we are very pleased.

In spite of our refusal, we have been charged and we consider that BellSouth is negligent and party to this rip-off company by knowingly charging customers who have falsely charged. By being in the business BellSouth should be aware of the dishonorable practices of this partner company. I had no problem finding numerous reports of ill use by Libert Online services.

Does this mean that if we have BellSouth as our telephone carrier that anyone who wishes may send fraudulent charges and BellSouth will send them on? As part of our agreement with BellSouth (to whom we pay a sturdy business charge each month!) we now feel that a clause should be added that we will only be responsible to BellSouth for BellSouth charges. Obviously BellSouth is NOT working for ITS customers!

We feel that the bill sent as a "courtesy to HOLD Billing Services for Liberty Online Services" should be sent back to HOLD as a courtesy to the true customer. We have no intention of paying this fraudulent and deceptive charge!
