Liberty Resources AKA W.A.G.E. AKA Financial Freedom Concepts, using Solomon Arbitration Group to arbitrate with credit card companies, took over $10,000 from me. That total is not including all of the "so called" court filing fees, overnighting fees, multiple copies made, money orders, arbitration company fees.
The worst part is my credit is now DESTROYED!
Now that the FEDS have shut them down, what recourse do I have?
I had to refinance my home to pay off my original credit card debt and the money I paid this SCAM of a company at an INCREDIBLY HIGH interest rate.
People are mentioning the Ohio attorney general-How can we reach him or her?
Has anyone had any results?

follow this URL to the FTC website. They just filed charges on three debt relief companies on 3-30-05. One of the companies was doing what Liberty Resources was doing. I have already filed my complaint with the Ohio AG's office and with the FTC. We need every victim to file a complaint so we have a chance of getting them to pay up!

I would also file a complaint with the AG in your State.File with the FTC and FBI,they also have websites. The Ohio AG already has 12 Complaints against Liberty Resources.I feel that a Class Action could begin as our numbers (victims) increase. I know you have plenty of copies to share with the AG's and the feds.I just hope we can recover some if not all of our money.
