Liberty Sun Info Services billed me for non-existent services. Rip-off! New Ark Delaware

Phone solicitation for hi-speed DSL services from PeoplesPC including free computer/phone/vacation/camera/satellite TV and security system with annual subscription paid in advance.

I paid $279 for what I was told would be the first year ($259) plus $19.95 shipping /handling (total $279) debited from my checking account. All I got was an information package offering the "free" services and products for additional cost (like activation fees and S&H) but no DSL. The company supposedly offering the free computer for two years DSL services stated that they offer no such service, no computer and the offer was an outright scam.

I contacted Liberty Sun and they state they offer no refund because they have an audio recording of the agreement and that is binding. I didn't mention the fraud because I've reported them to the State Attorney Generals office in Delaware and didn't want to tip them off.
