On or about July 17, 2004 I got a call from Liberty Sun offering me a "FREE" Dell Computer, Sony Digital Camera, Dish Network Home Satalite system, a Cell Phone, and a 2 night Free stay at any hotel in the U.S.A. all for a one time fee of $299.00 to be drafted from my checking account, although I have NEVER fallen for a trap like this one, The person I was talking to seemed to be very trust worthy and every question I ask him, he came back with a great explanation.
Needless to say I was a Sucker this day and agreed for them to take the funds from my account, I have not received any product vouchers as promised and everytime I call this company to inquire about the order I am giving the same song and dance by a lady named Issabel, when I ask her to speak to someone above her she stated that no-one is above her and she has a very bad attitude, when I ask for the owners name and phone # I was told that he works from a private office and does not talk to consumers.
Also at the intial time of the sales phone call, I was told if I could refer someone to them, I would receive a 2nd digital camera or a home security system, So I referred my Mother-In-Law, and she was also scammed out of $299.00. What a price to pay, to learn how to get scammed. It just seems to me there should be someway to get our money back since no products have been delivered to date.
