Liberty University Online Office Disability Academic Support Director Refused to assist a student with disabilities who lost required documents in a flood Internet

I am currently a student at Libert University who is considering transferring to another school and filing a complaint with the department of education. I enrolled in spring 2012. Up until now I had no problem getting the required textbooks in a format I could use. However, I was never informed about Liberty University Online Office of Disability Academic Support until this semester. I had to find out through a publisher about Liberty's disability service requirements,  and was advised to drop out by the same publisher. When I contacted LUOODAS, I told that I should have read the policies on disability and began the process of enrolling in disability services 8 weeks prior to the class start time. The material they said I should have read is not made available to online students until tens day prior to the start date. I have read all of the material they said when I enrolled and every semester since. They claim to be a Christian University, but they have refused to assist a student with disabiities. Real Christians do not refuse to help anyone with a disability. Since they refuse to help a student with disabilities, I will have no choice but to contact the department of education in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act ammended in 2008. They said the comply with the ADA of 1973, but apparrently they ignore the ammended version of  2008. If they don't act according to what they say they believe, they cannot declare themselves a religious institution.
