LIBERTY UNSECURED, INC. - LIBERTYUNSECURED.COM IMPROVECREDIT.COM Told me i was approved for two loans and if i clean my credit up by giving them $492, it will get me the loan for sure. Internet

I really needed this loan. I looked on line and ran across Liberty Unsecured.

On jan. 26.10 i spoke with repersentive John McLachlan at liberty, who said i was approved for two loans, one would be $21400 and the other would be $18000. Total monthly payment would be $770. Here i am thinking i could work with that and the money will help pay all my bills off.

John states that i would be guarenteed the loan if i clean up my credit report and they had a partner company, called Improvecredit.com. It would cost $492 and take around four weeks to get everything done and i would be guranteed the loan.

I paid the $492, due to the fact that i was in need of the loan and i thought this company was on the up and up afther i checked the BBB, who gave them a grade of B.

I received emails from Sheila, Russell Castillo and Cristina Rozo @ improvecredit.com keeping me updated on what i should receive in the mail. Yes i got items taken off my credit report and now i am like whats going on with the loan. Then imporvecredit tells me if you give us $160 more we can write letters to the outstanding people that i want to dispute on my credit report. I am not giving them anymore money.

They referred me bact to Liberty, who is now not returning my phone calls. I want to know what is going on with the loan, it has been over one month and a half and now there actiting like i dont exsit. They should have not told me i was approve for the loans and they take my money.

I even had a manger from liberty call me about two weeks ago and say, oh your still going to get the loan, we are just waiting for improvecredit to do their part.

I didnt even have the $492 to be throwing away, here i am tring to better myself and this company is going around praying on the little people that really need help. That is so unfair and someone needs to put a stop to this.

Please let me know what steps i can take against this company. I am very distrubed that this company is operarting this way and no one has been able to stop them.
