Liberty Unsecured Loans Dave Stern, Tony Roberts, Mark Rodgers Liars, Con Artists, Unethical business practices Coral Springs Florida

I was called by this company, Liberty Unsecured Loans, they must have seen that I was looking for an unsecured loan. The first thing I want to say about this company is that their own website is all lies. They state on their website, no documentation, no collateral, 100% guaranteed. They also say no upfront fees, and you can be approved in 24-72 hours. Everything about what I just wrote is a lie. The first individual that I talked to was Tony Roberts. He asked me how much money that I needed. I told him $3000. He said that amount of loan would be a breeze, they did those kinds of loans all the time. He asked me how my credit was and I said that last time I looked it was 714. He said with that good of credit getting that amount of money would be easy to get. He sent me some documents that I had to fill out and get to him right away and he needed to know the check # where they were going to draft a check for $499.75. As you can see two lies have already happened. I sent him the documents and while I was waiting for him to get back with me, I started doing some research on this company. They had countless complaints on the Florida BBB. The BBB actually gave them an F. I then looked on line and there is a website that just has complaints about this business. So when he called back I told him all this and he made a joke about it, don't believe everything you read, these were people that didn't get a loan so they were mad. I was then turned over to Mark Rodgers. I told him the same thing, that I was feeling uneasy about all this and he basically said the same thing as Tony. Here we go again, more documents sent that I had to fill out and send back. I gave them a little bit of time and I emailed and called and asked what is taking so long. He kept saying I am working as hard as I can, you are my top priority, as soon as I know something I will let you know. Well finally I got a call that said there were 2 companies that would be getting in touch with me and I would get a loan from one of them. The first company denied me and the second company you had to live in certain counties in Indiana to even be considered for a loan and I didn't live in any of those counties. Well I called and emailed them and said I didn't get a loan, so I wanted my money refunded. Well then a man named Dave Stern called me. His title is Senior Lender Relations Officer. Well he said he knew of a woman that worked for Key Bank and she would be able to help me, she was a friend of his that he had done business with in the past. Well right away she had me running here, there and yonder getting all these documents that she needed to even get started with the loan. I said enough is enough. I then called Dave and emailed him and said that the company had not lived up to their end of the bargain so I wanted my money back. He tried calling me and emailing me and said we can resolve this. All he was trying to do is sweet talk me into thinking they could get me a loan. I emailed him back and I said the only thing I wanted was my money back. I have not got my refund and it has been over a month.
