Liberty Wireless ripoff charged my checking account twice and wont refund my money Detroit Michigan

I purchased over the internet a phone and have not received it, my checking account was charged twice for $96.74 each time.

I was told that they would refund my money and still have not received it.

I have tried to call them and can never get anyone live, all I get is an recording that tells me to either active a phone or enter my number.

because of thier actions my checking acxcount is overdrawn, my rent check and power check has bounced. and I am now over 200.00 in the negitive.
